Welcome to the pinnacle of New Orleans living, nestled in the heart of the historic Marigny neighborhood.

The home is full of sunlight and modern luxury. There are 6 private bedrooms & 6-bathrooms providing sleeping accommodations for 12 people. Each resident has their own private bedroom & bathroom with shared common spaces including: living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and a backyard with covered deck and jacuzzi.

V2nola is central to everything happening in the Marigny and is just short walks to the French Quarter, local bars, restaurants, coffee houses and grocery stores, including a 24-hour grocery store (Mardi Gras Zone).

Rental Details

Minimum Stay: 30 days
Owner provides hi speed WiFi, lawn service and weekly house keeping.
Owner pays for up to $150/month for electricity and gas. Monthly expenses exceeding $150 are split evenly between tenants.
Water bills are split evenly between tenants.
Each guest has access to the kitchen, laundry room and backyard with covered deck and hot tub.

Each guest bedroom includes a king size bed (except Guest Bedroom Four with a full size bed), large screen TV and a private toilet and shower along with a beautiful contemporary glass sink. All the guest bedrooms have luxurious crystal chandelier ceiling fans that provide elegant illumination and breezes from above.

Spacious but cozy, Guest Bedroom Two with its king size bed and built-in closet provides a comfortable personal retreat to retire for the night.
